EXHIBITOR CONTRACT AND REGISTRATION: |

The exhibitor agrees to set-up, take-down, and staff one exhibit booth during the Expo, complete an evaluation survey at the completion of the day, track applications taken at the Expo (tracking process provided by Expo) and participate in a 2-month follow-up by NTAB to determine employment data related to job-seeking participants from the Expo. Registration fee is $100 and includes the following: one exhibit booth, listing in one-time special region-wide newspaper insert, organization name & job listing on Expo website, recruitment support (seminars open to employer staff), lunch and refreshments for booth staff, and exhibitor conference kit. Exhibitors will be invoiced by NTAB upon receipt and confirmation of registration. |

The Expo offers a prize draw for job-seeker participants. Organizations donating items will be recognized on event signage. If you would like to contribute, please indicate the item (or your intention) in the space provided - Thank you! |

Please advise us of your requirements. Each booth will be allotted one table and two chairs; if space and resources permit a 2nd table and 3rd chair may be available. Please indicate your requests below: |

Please note any special requests below - whenever possible, we will endeavor to accommodate you. Electrical outlets are limited and will be allocated on a first come basis. |

- All exhibits must be fully set up by 10:30am and taken down by 7pm
- We will strive to accommodate as many exhibits as our floor plan allows
- Exhibitors requesting electrical outlets are required to supply their own cords, power bars, etc.
